People cannot figure this out why it’s happening and what can be the solution for the same. A person once asked me that she cannot sleep during nights, some unwanted thoughts starts hover in her mind by the time she hits the bed and thoughts continue to kill her mind for hours and hours. You will get peaceful days and nights. Worries, anxieties, fear will become things of the past. This is the common solution for any sort of problem people can apply them and get their amazing benefits. Actually, our mind has become a magnate to negative thoughts and all we need is to train it rewire it to think positive. Every thing a human brain can think is possible, hence, it is certainly possible to train our mind to be productive rather than distructive.
